THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities
Field Service Technicians travel to patient homes, medical offices, and research sites to perform specimen collection and processing services — combining direct patient care with specimen logistics.
Travel to patient homes, physician offices, and research sites
Perform blood draws and other specimen collections
Process and properly store specimens
Transport specimens to labs, PSCs, or shipping sites
Report errors or issues promptly to the Team Leader
Complete all documentation accurately and thoroughly
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

No — DASHealth Dx provides all training, equipment, and supplies. There are no upfront costs to you as a Field Service Technician on our team.
Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are all available with flexible scheduling. This role is well-suited as supplemental income for experienced phlebotomists. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the hiring process.
Extensive travel within your designated regional service area is expected. You will visit patient homes, physician offices, and research sites. Mileage is reimbursed.
You must be licensed, certified, and insured in your state of residence before starting. California applicants must hold a valid CPT-1 license. In other states, current certification from an accepted phlebotomy certifying agency or comparable state licensure within scope of practice is required.
Yes — professional liability insurance is company-provided. You are responsible for maintaining your own vehicle liability insurance and personal state licensure/certification.
