The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting front-end patient and client care while ensuring efficient administrative and operational workflow. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with healthcare experience who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of front office experience
  • Experience in medical office settings preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable personal transportation with current liability insurance
  • Professional Liability Insurance (provided by the company)
